Therapy for Women in St. Louis
You might look like you’re holding everything together.
But inside, it feels different.
You’re overwhelmed. Disconnected. Exhausted in a way that rest doesn’t fix.
You’ve tried pushing through. Staying strong. Keeping it all together.
But something in you knows—it’s not working anymore.
Therapy can be the place where that begins to shift.
Who This Is For
I work with women in St. Louis who are:
Overwhelmed but still functioning
Struggling with anxiety or emotional burnout
Feeling disconnected from themselves
Carrying the impact of past trauma
Ready for deeper healing—not just coping
How Therapy Helps
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you:
Slow down and understand what’s underneath the surface
Regulate your nervous system
Process what you’ve been carrying
Rebuild trust with yourself
Feel more calm, clear, and connected
“I learned that I can’t control someone else’s behavior. I also now know how to take car of myself and be happy.”

If you’re looking for deeper healing—not just coping—this may be a good fit.

For clients who want it, yes.
